Guide: activity dashboard

Introduction #

The Activity view of the CentrixOne dashboard gives you an overview of the tasks created in your CRM. Using filters, you can analyze your employees’ productivity by counting the number of tasks they have created or completed in a specific period. You can also monitor whether tasks are completed on time. This view also lets you export the list of filtered tasks to an Excel file.

Note that this view does not show the number of emails sent but rather the number of Email tasks.

How do I export the task list? #

  1. Click on the Dashboard module
  2. Click on the Activity view
  3. In the filters, select the desired criteria to filter the task list (click on More filters to display more criteria)
  4. Click on this icon Icône exporter - CRM CentrixOne to export
  5. Click on Tasks List
  6. Wait while the system generates the file
  7. Click on the file that appears at the top of your browser
