In Step 3 of the automation editor (select time), if you choose “specific date”, you can select a custom field of type “date” and add a specific number of months after which to trigger the automation.
If you don’t have a custom field of type “date”, you can specify to wait a number of days. You just need to do a simple calculation (example: 4 months x 30 days = 120 days) in order to get the same result.
