Can I update contact and account information via an Excel file ?

No.

If you already have client data in your CentrixOne account, you will have to update the data in the CRM.

If you export your client list, update data in the Excel file, then import this file in CentrixOne, the system will not recognize that you have updated some information. It will rather consider that these clients are new accounts and contacts and therefore create duplicates.
