How can I repair synchronization between CentrixOne and Acomba when the source folder path has been moved or changed?

Procedure

  1. You must have access to the server on which the Acomba database and our synchronization service are installed. I’m talking about full access with direct or remote control, not just access to a shared disk.
  2. Find the SyncAcomba_YourCompanyName Service on the desktop, open it and click Stop.
  3. Open Notepad in administrator mode. You can search for Notepad in the Windows search bar, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  4. In Notepad, open the SyncAcomba.ini file, which should normally be found in the Program Files (x86) folder and then in SyncAcomba_YourCompanyName. The .ini file will not be visible by default. You need to select All files in the file types to be displayed.
  5. Find the line starting with CompanyPath= and replace what comes after the = with the new folder for the current company.
  6. Return to the SyncAcomba_YourCompanyName service on the desktop and click on Start.
