- Click on the “Settings” module
- Click on the “User groups and permissions” tab
- In the list, click on the “Contacts” module
- Find the “Primary contact” line and check the “Read” and “Write” boxes
- Return to the top of the page and click on “Save”
(You can now modify the information relating to a primary contact or click on the button to improve a contact. Note that it is likely that your modifications will also be made in your accounting system.)
