How do I manage my plans?

Permission required

To manage your plans, your user must be the owner of the CentrixOne account.

Plans

In CentrixOne, you can subscribe to 3 types of plans: Essential, Pro and Growth. A plan can give access to several users. You need a plan to activate a user.

Add a payment method

  1. Click on the Settings module
  2. In the Users view, click on the Manage plans button
  3. Click on Payment methods

If you don’t have a credit card, please email sales@centrix.one for assistance.

Add a plan

To speed up the process, remember to set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account beforehand.

To add a plan:

  1. Click on the Settings module
  2. In the Users view, clic on Add plan

If you already have all plan types (Essential, Pro and Growth), the Add plan button will not offer you any options.

Modify the quantity of a plan

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account.

To change the number of accesses available for a plan:

  1. Click on the Settings module
  2. In the Users view, click on the Manage plans button
  3. Click on the plan type
  4. Click on Modify plan
  5. Select or enter the new quantity
  6. Click on Update plan

If your account does not have a payment method, the Update plan button will be grayed out and therefore unavailable.

Change plan type

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account.

To replace a plan type (Essential, Pro or Growth) by another plan type:

  1. Click on the Settings module
  2. In the Users view, click on Manage plans button
  3. Click on the plan type
  4. Click on Modify plan
  5. Click on the plan type’s purple button
  6. In the drop-down list, click on the desired plan
  7. Click on Update plan

If your account does not have a payment method, the Update plan button will be grayed out.

Once the modification process is complete, all users who had this plan will now have the new plan.

Cancel a plan

To remove a block of extras, email us at success@centrix.one.

To close your CentrixOne account, for security and administrative reasons, the owner or one of the administrators of your account must speak with one of our agents at 514 416-1062. Once your identity has been validated, we will proceed with the non-renewal of your subscriptions and the eventual closure of your CentrixOne account.
