Please note that if you choose to withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information, our Services may no longer be available to you and Solutions Centrix (CentrixOne) may no longer be able to provide you with certain services.

Please note that any personal data additionally processed as part of the interface transmission is used to prevent abuse and is part of our information system security.
Solutions CentrixOne Inc. does not and will not sell or rent its name or customer lists to any third party.
Unsubscribe or opt-out
All users of and visitors to our website may opt-out of receiving communications from us, and reserve the right to opt-out of receiving communications from us by e-mail or newsletter. To stop receiving our communications or to unsubscribe, please send us an e-mail with your request to info@centrix.one .

c. Free trial

You can create a free account for a 14-calendar-day trial period.
By clicking on Free Trial in the navigation menu, you are invited to complete a short form. As soon as the form has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your login details.
Note that the password is hidden and encrypted, and can be activated by clicking on the login button.If the activation period has expired, please submit a second request.
We may then contact you in order to validate or not an offer of our products and services on the basis of our legitimate interest.

d. CentrixOne

Via the login form, you are invited to order the Centrix software license: you determine the type of license and the number of users.
Please note that only the personal details of the person responsible for the purchase and/or the account administrator are required.
You will be asked to provide credit card information for payment and billing purposes. This data is processed by the Chargebee billing and payment platform.
Integrations with third-party services You may have the option of integrating our services with other services, technologies or platforms on your computer, authorized websites and/or cell phone. These integrations may require you to enter information about yourself or result in the disclosure of information about you from the services to a third party, or cause the services to receive information about you from a third party with whom you ask us to integrate. Please note that when you activate an integration between the Services and a third party, any information about you transmitted to a third party will be subject to the policies and procedures of that third party and not CentrixOne.
If you choose to connect your email account to our platform, you will be using a set of features built using technology from Nylas Inc. By registering or using the Nylas application, you understand and agree that Nylas, Inc. and its affiliates that provide Nylas (“Nylas”), will have access to your information and will be permitted to use such information for specific and limited purposes to provide the Services to you, in accordance with our agreement with Nylas. This integration is a completely optional service and is not required in order to use our platform.

e. Limits on collection, use and disclosure of personal information

The purposes for which information is collected are generally to confirm an individual’s identity, create an employee file, comply with legal requirements.We limit the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information to the purposes we have identified to you. Your personal information may only be consulted by certain authorized persons, and then only in the context of the tasks assigned to them.

4. How long do we keep your data?

In accordance with the principle of data minimization and the limitation of retention periods, your personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary for processing.

Storage of information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We must destroy this information in accordance with the law and our records retention policy. When we destroy your personal information, we take the necessary steps to ensure its confidentiality and that no unauthorized person has access to it during the destruction process.

a. Website management

Personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. when you end your browsing session.
However, certain personal connection data recorded in log files are deleted after a maximum period of 30 days. Longer-term storage is possible: in this case, the user’s IP address is deleted or transformed so that there is no longer any link between the data collected and the user.

b. Demo and free trial

Data provided by potential customers is retained for the duration of the free trial activation period (14 days). These data, as well as data collected during a demonstration, are then kept for a period of two years, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer.
Thereafter, the retention period varies according to whether you have activated a user license (contractual duration) or not.

c. CentrixOne

Personal data contained in documents constituting accounting vouchers (e.g. orders and order confirmations, invoices) are retained for the period applicable under current Canadian legislation.

5. What are your rights?

Any person concerned (= natural person) has the right to exercise the following rights:
  • Right of access: to confirm that your personal data is being processed and to obtain a copy of it, if necessary; You have the right to know whether we hold any personal information about you and to consult that personal information. You also have the right to ask questions about how this information has been collected and used, and to whom it has been disclosed.
  • Right of rectification: rectification of inaccurate data concerning you as soon as possible.
  • Right to erasure: Deletion of your data in certain cases. We may retain some of your data and/or information where required by law or where we have a legal basis (contract, legitimate interests, consent);
  • Right to withdraw your consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time when the processing of your data is subject to it;

Please note that Centrix reserves the right to refuse to process your request if it does not meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
Under certain circumstances, we may refuse to provide you with the requested information. Exceptions to your right of access include the fact that the information requested concerns other individuals, that the information cannot be disclosed for legal, security or copyright reasons, that the information was obtained as part of a fraud investigation, that the information can only be obtained at prohibitive costs, or that the information is the subject of litigation or is privileged, or that it is impossible for us to identify you correctly.

6. How do we secure your data?

We implement, test and maintain appropriate security measures, including encryption (eg: passwords are encrypted with an encryption key, communication exchanges use TLS), software solution (privacy by design, cloud management), storage (data inserted by the customer is kept in the CRM) and network administration, evaluation and logging (“logs”), violation detection and incident management in order to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data.

6.1. What happens in the event of a personal data breach?

Centrix informs its customers, subcontractors, partners and other relevant third parties as soon as possible of any data breach presenting a high risk to the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals. All incidents relating to data confidentiality will be listed and communicated to the Commission d’accès à l’information upon request.

6.2. Training and awareness-raising

The company promotes best practices and respect for rights in terms of transparency and protection of personal information in a number of ways:
  • It informs all its team members;
  • It posts the name and contact details of the person responsible for PR;
  • It mobilizes various means of raising awareness, including: information sessions on the protection of personal information, reminders at team meetings, training for its staff, a PR action plan, a logbook, etc.

By using the Centrix.one web platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, you must refrain from using our site and the CentrixOne software.
