To change the synchronization mode associated with the 1st level of security:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

* You must be an administrator of your CentrixOne account. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In CentrixOne, click on the \u201cSettings\u201d module<\/li>
  2. Make sure you are in the \u201cUsers\u201d subsection, then click on the \u201cUser groups and permissions\u201d tab<\/li>
  3. Choose the user group for which you want to modify the synchronization mode<\/li>
  4. Click on the \u201cContacts\u201d section<\/li>
  5. Check the \u201cWrite\u201d box to the right of the term \u201cPrimary Acomba contact\u201d in order to authorize two-way mode or uncheck the \u201cWrite\u201d box to authorize one-way mode<\/li>
  6. Click on the \u201cSave\u201d button in the upper right corner of the page<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    (Note that if you activate the one-way mode in the 1st level of security, this will not prevent an automation from modifying information in a primary contact\u2019s details, and then synchronize it automatically in Acomba.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To change the synchronization mode associated with the 2nd level of security:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You must send your request by email to support@centrix.one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
