Roles, also called user groups, make it easier to manage access for different users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you create a role, you can assign it to a user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the list of roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the \u201cSettings\u201d module<\/li>
  2. Click on the \u201cUser groups and permissions\u201d tab<\/li>
  3. To the right of the interface, click on the \u201cManage roles\u201d button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To create a role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Access the list of roles<\/li>
    2. In the lower left corner of the interface, click on the \u201cAdd a role\u201d button<\/li>
    3. Name your role<\/li>
    4. Click on the \u201cadd this role\u201d button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To rename a role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Access the list of roles<\/li>
      2. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the role you want to rename<\/li>
      3. Rename your role<\/li>
      4. Click on the \u201cSave\u201d button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        To delete a role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Access the list of roles<\/li>
        2. Check the box to the left of the role you want to remove<\/li>
