Several reasons can explain this situation. Here are some hypotheses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A filter is activated:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the \u201cOpportunities\u201d module<\/li>
  2. Click on \u201cAdditional filters\u201d<\/li>
  3. Click on \u201cReinitialize filters\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You must request to display more opportunities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the \u201cOpportunities\u201d module<\/li>
    2. Click on \u201cAdditional filters\u201d<\/li>
    3. Click on the \u201cShow\u201d filter<\/li>
    4. Choose the value \u201c500\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      (Note that by default, only 100 opportunities are displayed on the screen. This helps the page load faster. To avoid slow loading, only ask to show all opportunities when necessary.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Your user is restricted:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the \u201cSettings\u201d module<\/li>
      2. Click on the \u201cUsers\u201d sub-module<\/li>
      3. Click on the appropriate user<\/li>
      4. Be sure to uncheck the boxes \u201cLimited access in dashboards, tasks and opportunities\u201d and \u201cLimited access by list in dashboards and opportunities\u201d<\/li>
      5. Click on \u201cSave\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        A sales sub-stage has a restriction:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the \u201cSettings\u201d module<\/li>
        2. Click on the \u201cLabels\u201d sub-module<\/li>
        3. Click on the arrow to the left of the problematic sales stage to display its sales sub-stages<\/li>
        4. Click on each pencil icon located to the right of the sales sub-stages<\/li>
        5. Be sure to uncheck the \u201cHide in opportunity list\u201d box<\/li>
        6. Click on \u201cSave\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
