When you sync your QuickBooks Online software, you can access all your customers, estimates, credit notes, orders and invoices within your CentrixOne CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s also great for creating intelligent email marketing (e.g., targeting your mailings to a purchased product, a guaranteed end, etc.), generating an overview of your opportunities, analyzing your sales forecasts, comparing your revenues from one period to the next, and ensuring data consistency.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How do I synchronize QuickBooks?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that if you want to clean your QuickBooks account and delete certain customers, you must do so before<\/strong> starting your first synchronization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the Settings<\/strong> module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the QuickBooks Sync<\/strong> view<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on Connect to QuickBooks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter your QuickBooks account information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click on Sign in<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click on Connect<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Select the date from which to sync your customers and opportunities (start date)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Select the language in which you wish to sync the information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Select the default language that the system will assign to new customers created in CentrixOne via the syncing service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
