To make it a one-way process, so from QuickBooks to CentrixOne only, please contact us at support@centrix.one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Note that one-way syncing of customer data will prevent any changes to contact and account data in the <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> list. It will also block automation modifications to this data).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the syncing of quotes, orders, invoices, sales stages and revenue categories, due to Canadian law, we are forced to make it unidirectional, so from QuickBooks to CentrixOne only.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group faq-frame faq\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-what-is-synchronized-with-quickbooks\"><strong>What is synchronized with QuickBooks?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information from the customer card:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary contact\u2019s full name and title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone 1, phone 2 (other), fax and mobile phone of primary contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary contact\u2019s email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bids, orders and invoices (opportunities):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title (represents the number of the quote, order or invoice as appropriate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales stage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue categories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product codes and their description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discount (customer discount)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total (before taxes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sales stage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lost = Estimate &#8211; Rejected (0%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualified = Estimate &#8211; Pending (40%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced = Estimate &#8211; Accepted (80%) and Estimate &#8211; Closed (90%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closed won = Invoice and Credit note (100%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In QuickBooks, those in <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Lists<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Products and services<\/strong> &gt; <strong>More<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Manage categories<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group faq-frame faq\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-what-are-the-special-considerations-to-be-aware-of-when-synchronizing-with-quickbooks\"><strong>What are the special considerations to be aware of when synchronizing with QuickBooks?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protected list:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new protected list named <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> appears in your <strong>Lists<\/strong> module. As its name suggests, it contains all clients synchronized with QuickBooks. These cannot be renamed or deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To sync an account or contact, you must create, move or copy it to the <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> list. Note that only one contact per account will be synchronized (the oldest contact).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primary contact:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the list named <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong>, each synchronized contact is identified by a QuickBooks logo, visible only in the summary of their contact card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Client data:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the account and contact information associated with the <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> list cannot be modified. To enable modification, please follow the steps in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"\/en\/faq\/users-permissions\/manage-permissions\/#h-how-do-i-authorize-the-modification-of-contact-or-account-basic-information-associated-with-a-secure-list-quickbooks-or-acomba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this guide<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding email addresses, QuickBooks software allows you to enter several addresses in the <strong>Email<\/strong> field, separated by commas. However, only the customer&#8217;s first email address is synchronized with CentrixOne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deletion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All accounts and contacts belonging to the list named <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> cannot be deleted, as their respective identifier (ID) is used by the synchronization service. This ID is visible in the QuickBooks URL when clicking on a customer record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, please do not delete any clients in your QuickBooks software. Instead, deactivate them to avoid breaking your synchronization service. This may result in repair charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not use the merge function in QuickBooks, as it is incompatible with CentrixOne. A merge would automatically cause a duplicate in your CentrixOne account and could interrupt your data syncing. If this happens, repair charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not delete the revenue categories in your QuickBooks account, as they are synchronized with CentrixOne.
