Permission required<\/p>

To manage your plans, your user must be the owner of the CentrixOne account.<\/p>

Plans<\/p>

In CentrixOne, you can subscribe to 3 types of plans: Essential<\/strong>, Pro<\/strong> and Growth<\/strong>. A plan can give access to several users. You need a plan to activate a user.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Add a payment method<\/p>

  1. Click on the Settings<\/span> module<\/li>
  2. In the Users<\/span> view, click on the Manage plans<\/span> button<\/li>
  3. Click on Payment methods<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    If you don’t have a credit card, please email sales@centrix.one<\/a> for assistance.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Add a plan<\/p>

    To speed up the process, remember to set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account beforehand.<\/p>

    To add a plan:<\/p>

    1. Click on the Settings<\/span> module<\/li>
    2. In the Users<\/span> view, clic on Add plan<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      If you already have all plan types (Essential<\/strong>, Pro<\/strong> and Growth<\/strong>), the Add plan<\/strong> button will not offer you any options.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Modify the quantity of a plan<\/p>

      Before proceeding, please ensure that you have set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account.<\/p>

      To change the number of accesses available for a plan:<\/p>

      1. Click on the Settings<\/span> module<\/li>
      2. In the Users<\/span> view, click on the Manage plans<\/span> button<\/li>
      3. Click on the plan type<\/li>
      4. Click on Modify plan<\/span><\/li>
      5. Select or enter the new quantity<\/li>
      6. Click on Update plan<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        If your account does not have a payment method, the Update plan<\/strong> button will be grayed out and therefore unavailable.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Change plan type<\/p>

        Before proceeding, please ensure that you have set up a payment method for your CentrixOne account.<\/p>

        To replace a plan type (Essential<\/strong>, Pro<\/strong> or Growth<\/strong>) by another plan type:<\/p>

        1. Click on the Settings<\/span> module<\/li>
        2. In the Users<\/span> view, click on Manage plans<\/span> button<\/li>
        3. Click on the plan type<\/li>
        4. Click on Modify plan<\/span><\/li>
        5. Click on the plan type’s purple button<\/li>
        6. In the drop-down list, click on the desired plan<\/li>
        7. Click on Update plan<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          If your account does not have a payment method, the Update plan<\/strong> button will be grayed out.<\/p>

          Once the modification process is complete, all users who had this plan will now have the new plan.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Cancel a plan<\/p>

          To remove a block of extras, email us at success@centrix.one.<\/p>

          To close your CentrixOne account, for security and administrative reasons, the owner or one of the administrators of your account must speak with one of our agents at 514 416-1062. Once your identity has been validated, we will proceed with the non-renewal of your subscriptions and the eventual closure of your CentrixOne account.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
