How to give an administrator access?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An administrator of your CentrixOne account will have access to various advanced features such as creating a user, managing custom fields and configuring permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only an owner or an administrator can give administrator access to a user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Settings<\/strong> module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the Users view, click on the name of the appropriate user<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check the This user has Admin privileges<\/strong> box at the bottom of the right-hand column<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How to give permission to export a list of contacts?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click on User groups and permissions<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the appropriate role<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on Contacts<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Check the Read <\/strong>and Write<\/strong> boxes for Export<\/strong> function<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      4. Click on Accounts<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Check the Read <\/strong>and Write<\/strong> boxes for Export<\/strong> function<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        How to give permission to reassign an opportunity?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on Settings<\/strong> module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click on the relevant user to check the role assigned to them<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click the X<\/strong> icon to close the window<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click on the User Groups and Permissions<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Select the appropriate user group (role)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Click on the Opportunities<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Check the Write<\/strong> box for the Opportunity Reassignment<\/strong> function<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
